*Cancelled/Custom Returned Orders:
Any orders that have been canceled or returned from customs that have already been shipped, will be charged the costs of shipping and handling. A credit will be issued to your login account once your parcel(s) reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 180 days depending on your location).
If you have received your order and wish to return it (unopened items only) please contact our customer support team at Support@JDTradingDutyFree.com and they will assist you.
Please note we cannot accept a return of an item that has been opened.
